A gentle method for tightening facial skin using sterile Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) threads. Polylactic acid is a polymer, meaning it's a series of many individual molecules of lactic acid, which occur naturally in the body. PLLA acts as a biostimulant, encouraging the skin to produce new collagen. This leads to a gradual increase in skin volume and an improvement in skin texture.

Designed with 360° spirally placed barbs, the 12D COG fix and support the skin tissue in different directions for a long-term result as well as effective and smooth anchoring.
The 12D Cog thread can fix the skin tissue in all directions and, thanks to the use of a stable filament with 360° surveys safe to use.

PLLA threads

PLLA threads (Poly-L-lactic acid) can last for up to 1-2 years after insertion and are eventually broken down into glucose, carbon dioxide and water. PLLA threads PLLA (poly-L-lactic acid) threads are frequently used as an alternative to fillers and botulinum toxin because they act as volumizers and can stimulate the production of type 1 and type 3 collagen.
